Even though this is my first web site, I found it very easy to follow your instructions to upload my site. I'd like to thank Diane (customer support) for sorting out the questions I did have. Plus, the chat support is FANTASTIC. Just about every thing new I learn about, you support-- CGI scripts, e-mail account set-up, webmail, favicons. I ordered your service only three days ago, and am already INFINITELY more satisfied with it than I have been with any ISP or Website Host I've ever been with. I have had a number of technical support questions, each of which was responded to with lightning speed, and I had the unusual feeling (in each case) that your staff actually READ the questions, rather than simply reading the subjects and sending me automated responses that did not apply. It just went online today and it's WONDERFUL to see it without any of those ads or annoying pop-ups! Before I was with Netfirms.com. When they started selling pop-up ads, I told them I'd leave when I've found another host. Their response was that I could get rid of the pop-ups for a fee. Again, thank you. Paul
