Becoming A Reseller
1.What do I need to become an ISP Reseller?
All you need is an active account with ArisHost. This means you either have a registered domain, or a hosted site with us. There is a minimal setup fee of $25, and a monthly minimum bulk order of 4 ISP accounts (worth $25).
2. Are there any fees that I should pay?
You need to pay the initial one-time reseller setup fee of $25. You are also required to sell a minimum of 4 ISP accounts per month or pay the reseller maintenance fee of $25.
3.What kind of ISP service can I offer my clients?
You get to offer your clients unlimited Internet access for at least $6.25 per month. This dial-up service includes their very own POP3 email account, with 10 Megs of storage space.
4.What if I can sell more that 4 ISP accounts in a month?
ArisHost only sells ISP accounts in bulks of 4. You need to prepay for 4 accounts each time you order beyond the monthly minimum order. For example, you find 6 clients for ArisHost's ISP services. You need to get 8 ISP accounts to provide for them.
5.How much should I sell the ArisHost ISP accounts?
You can sell at whatever price you want. It's up to you. Just make sure you can sell at least 4 accounts per month.
6.How do I sign up?
Just click on the Sign Up icon on the ISP Reseller page of the ArisHost site. This leads to an application form, which you need to print, fill out and fax to: 413-751-3405.
Your Reseller Account
1.What do I get once i signup as a Reseller?
As an ArisHost Reseller, you get the opportunity to earn big as an ISP provider. You can sell our ISP services at any price you want, while not having to deal with the complex technical details of running an ISP. We give you ISP accounts for only $6.25 a month, pre-sold in bulks of four (4).
2.How do I keep track of my customers?
Just login to your ArisHost account. You will find a Dial-Up Account link on the left panel of your control panel. This leads you to a page containing a list of all ISP accounts you've sold, represented by their email addresses. Click on these email addresses to configure each individual account (i.e. administrative and billing information, email and passwords).
3.What if I make a mistake and incorrectly signup an account? Can I reassign this account to another user?
No, you can't. Once you've assigned an ISP account, that account becomes active for 30 days. It is only after 30 days that you can cancel the said account. So be careful when you assign ISP accounts.

1.How do I sell the ISP accounts?
You can sell our services any way you wish, as long as your means are legal according to existing local and national U.S. laws.
2.Will my clients know that I am an ArisHost ISP Reseller?
Your clients will know that you are an ArisHost Reseller because they can have access to the site's control panel (to configure account information, passwords and their email account). However, you have the option to manually update their accounts so they don't have to access the control panel, and the rest of the ArisHost site.
3.Can my clients configure their own accounts?
Yes, they can. They just need to login to the ArisHost control panel using their email address. Should you prefer not to reveal your ArisHost links, you would need to update their accounts yourself. This means devising a way for them to inform you of changes/updates they want done.
4.How much can I charge my clients?
You can charge whatever price you want, it is YOUR business.
5.Will ArisHost have any form of contact with my clients?
No. You, as our Reseller, are our sole point of contact.
6.Who will bill my clients?
You are responsible for all billing needs as an ISP Reseller. ArisHost will only charge you for your bulk orders of ISP accounts. You are responsible for collecting from your clients.
7.Will ArisHost help me out when my clients have issues/problems in using the Service?
As our reseller, you are solely responsible in providing necessary support for your clients. Howevser, you can always contact us if you need help.
8.How can I monitor the ISP accounts that I've sold?
Just login to your control panel (www.arishost.com). You will notice that as a Reseller, you have a new link in your left navigation bar: Dial Up Numbers. This is a list
of all resold ISP Accounts, plus your clients' user, billing and password information.
